I am a post-doctoral fellow affiliated with the Institute of African Studies, University of Ghana, researching informal social policy in conflict zones in Ghana.
I am a researcher and trainer with over 14 years of experience in differing educational sectors. I draw from training in political science, geography, development studies, project management, peacekeeping, security, and health research, to contribute to national and global peace and sustainable development outcomes. My teaching and research interests are peacekeeping; peace and security; health at the intersection of security and politics; indigenous knowledge systems; social policy; project management; and transformative development. I employ gender-sensitive analysis, teamwork, creativity, innovation, and continuous self-improvement to become a thought leader advancing institutional goals and improving others’ lives and mine.
