Dr. Habibou Fofana is an assistant lecturer-researcher, sociologist and political scientist at theThomas Sankara University (UTS) in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, as well as a researcher at GRIL at Joseph Ki-Zerbo University in Ouagadougou. He is also a postdoctoral fellow of the Pilot African Postgraduate Academy (PAPA), Gerda Henkel Foundation/University of Frankfurt/Point Sud Bamako. Habibou is mainly interested in questions of law and justice in African contexts, oriented towards the issue of equity before justice, access to the judicial institution, and lawful political mobilization.
